Privacy Policy

We collect the following, only as needed to provide the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you register or sign in.
• Content you provide — the websites, keywords, projects, and settings you add to the Service.
• Data from platforms you choose to connect (via official OAuth authorization):
  • • Google (Search Console, Analytics, YouTube): site and search metrics, analytics, and — for YouTube — your channel profile, statistics, and per-video metrics such as views, likes and comments.
  • • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): your Page / Instagram profile information, follower counts, posts and media, and engagement insights.
  • • TikTok: your profile information, follower and like counts, and your videos with their view, like, comment and share counts — accessed through TikTok Login Kit and the Display API.
• Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and cookies needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use your information to authenticate you, display your SEO and social analytics, generate reports and AI-assisted suggestions, sync the data you asked us to sync, provide support, and keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

Google. ZNO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request, is never sold, and is not used for advertising.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Data obtained through Meta’s APIs is used only to provide the analytics and features you request, in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

TikTok. Data obtained through TikTok’s Login Kit and Display API is used solely to display your own account’s analytics within the Service. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for any purpose other than the features you requested.

We share information only:

• with service providers that help us run the Service (for example cloud hosting and database providers such as Vercel and Supabase, and the AI model providers used to generate content) — bound by confidentiality obligations;
• when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; or
• with your consent.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

You can access and update your account information, disconnect any connected platform at any time from within the app, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, and portability.

You can revoke ZNO’s access to a connected platform at any time — either by disconnecting it inside ZNO, or from the platform’s own settings (for example your Google Account permissions, Meta Business Integrations, or TikTok app authorizations).

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We operate from Malaysia. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
