Terms of Service

ZNO provides AI-assisted tools for search-engine optimization, website audits, keyword research, reporting, rank tracking, and social media analytics and content — including optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service lets you connect accounts that you control on third-party platforms — for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics and YouTube; Meta Facebook Pages and Instagram; and TikTok — using each platform’s official authorization (OAuth). By connecting an account you authorize ZNO to access and process data from that account solely to provide the features you request. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, and you may disconnect at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
• misuse third-party integrations or violate any connected platform's terms; or
• upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's security.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or business result.

The Service and its content (excluding your data and third-party content) are owned by ZNO AI and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to operate the Service for you.

The Service relies on third-party providers and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNO AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or MYR 100 if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
